Sylvia Foley – Creating the Visual Journal

I fell in love with this course! The material was beautifully organized and presented, offering just enough background and lots of prompts, sparks, and ideas. Lissa is a kind, knowledgeable, and inspiring teacher. Our group quickly felt like a community, which I especially appreciated given the times. I felt encouraged to experiment—and I’ll keep going.

I’m a beginner at incorporating visual art into journaling, so all techniques are new to me. Loved the videos on collage and everything Lissa shared on supplies and methods. I’d love even more of that.
