Kaylyn Kirkpatrick
Kaylyn Kirkpatrick is an AuDHD writer, educator, and burnout recovery coach whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, well-being, and personal narrative. She specializes in supporting writers, especially those who identify as sensitive, ADHD, or neurodivergent, with building sustainable creative practices, clarifying their ideas, and completing meaningful writing projects. Drawing on her background in adult learning and neurodivergent-informed coaching, she supports writers who seek structure, accountability, and a compassionate partner in the creative process.
With nearly a decade of experience in adult education, curriculum design, and reflective writing facilitation, Kaylyn brings a grounded, strengths-based approach to the writing process. She helps clients develop structure, momentum, and creative confidence while navigating the emotional and cognitive challenges that often accompany personal essay and nonfiction work. Her coaching blends practical accountability with energy management, nervous system regulation, and the inner conditions that allow writing to flourish.
Kaylyn holds a Master of Science degree in Food Science from Oregon State University and has taught and mentored learners across a wide range of disciplines, including research, professional education, and creative wellness. She is a meditation instructor, yoga teacher (RYT 200), and certified health and wellness coach with specialized training in stress, burnout, and neurodivergent-informed support. As a writer herself, she is committed to the power of personal storytelling as a tool for insight, healing, and connection.
