Jackie Bryant is a New York-born, San Diego-based freelance writer. Her work has been published in a variety of print and digital publications, including Afar, Hemispheres, American Way, Roads & Kingdoms, Mic, USA Today, San Diego Magazine, Robb Report, Harper’s Bazaar, Modern Luxury San Diego, Atlas Obscura and many more. She’s currently
writing a travel guidebook about 100 bucket list things to see and do in San Diego and spends much of her time crossing the U.S.-Mexico border when not off researching in some other far-flung location.

She also runs periodic culinary-themed trips to Barcelona, Milan, Mexico and California for Salt & Wind; writes copy for a variety of travel companies and is an out-of-practice-but-certified yoga teacher.
