Most of our classes are either eight or ten weeks long. Class descriptions note the length of each class, including those few longer or shorter. On the registation form, which you'll reach with the below link, use the drop down list to find the cost of your particular class.
To register for classes please use the secure form supplied here.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
if you have questions or wish to discuss a class or the registration process before you enroll.
Please note: Tutoring and the writing classes are entirely separate.
While in a class, you'll receive regular feedback from the teacher so tutoring is neither necessary or helpful. One-to-one work with a teacher is a good idea when you have a manuscript and want to refine it, either for your own satisfaction or to prepare for publication, and you don't want to take a class. Or sign-up if you already took a class and want to continue working with the teacher privately (first check with us to see if the teacher has room in his or her schedule).
One-to-one work with a teacher costs $60 per hour. You decide how much money you want to spend. Write to us with any questions.
If you register for one-to-one work rather than a class, your instructor/editor will keep a record of the time spent reading your email and writing in response, reading your work and offering critiques, making corrections and suggestions, etc. At the end of each month a notice will be sent to your email address billing you at the rate of $60US per hour and your credit card will be billed for that amount. You can give your instructor/editor an hourly limit for the month. For example, if you wish to spend no more than $60 per week, or every two weeks, let the the tutor know and he or she will make sure you don't go over that amount.
